How long have you worked with WordPress?
As a company we have been working with WordPress for just over 8 years. Collectively our team has over 25 years of experience specifically working in WordPress and over 40 Years working in web development.
What is the turnaround time on average?
On a complete remodel, the average turnaround time is between 2-3 weeks. This could vary depending on the page count and if you have content changes. This estimate is based on a 20 page website.
What is the cost of your services?
Our pricing formula is very simple and transparent. Time multiplied by our hourly rate of $85. The average website requires about 1.25 hours for each interior page and 5 hours for the home page. Then add about 15 hours for setup, infographic creation, mockups, etc. Add that up and you get your price. Its that simple.
Do you offer payment plans?
Depending on the size of the project and total price, we offer up to three split payments. In most cases the terms will be a 50/50 split. Half due at the start and half 30 days later.
What's the difference between a "remodel" and a "repair"?
A repair is a project where we work within the current server and the theme that you already have and simply go in and fix and much as possible. A remodel is when we rebuild the website from scratch using a new theme, our recommended plugins and develop it on our servers. We then transfer it to your server if we are not going to host it for you.
Can I host the website myself?
Yes. It’s your website and you own it so when we are done you can host it on any server you would like. If you want us to manage and host it for you we can do that as well! Our Managment and Hosting service is $99 per month. We even offer VPS services.
Will you need Admin login to my current website?
If we are “repairing” your current website we will need an Administrator login and FTP access in order to be able to make the necessary changes and repairs. For a “remodel” we do not necessarily need those, but the current site should be live so that we can take and pull the content from it.
